Courtney was great excellent delivery style

I was pleased with the way the course was presented, it was easy to understand and I found it all very interesting. The length of the course was 3.5 hours with 2 breaks which was adequate. The course was well organized.

Fantastic training we had.

Very good training. I am a moving and handling trainer also, but my course has recently expired ( and I'm getting abit rusty, needed a refresher) Picked up on lots of little tricks/ ways to explain moving and handling Simply but effectively.

enjoyable and good to be up to date

Course was very informative, The only I would say is I recieved the email only 5minutes before the course started and I didn't have a passcode but the lady on the phone I spoke too on the phone was lovely and sorted it out quickly. The trainer was very friendly and a good teacher.

As discussed during training this training tool is work in progress which will be perfected ready for use to impact and improve the standard of service provision.
