Very refreshing

Well delivered and informative

Carol was really professional and explained the session well

the course was good and learned some new technics of using the hoist and sliding sheet

Never easy via zoom, session delivery was good and interesting, it was a nice refresher for me, not having done so in a long time. Thank you.

As I am new to all this training it was all very good and now with having this training and knowledge I have now got the material to go through it all again.
