It was quite informative especially since this was my first time on such a training. I liked the fact that it was interactive. I learnt a lot. The length of the training could involve a couple of tea breaks. We had one just before the last hour of the close of the training.

It was good considering that it was online. The trainer was very good, clear and helpful when people asked questions,

it was a nice experience getting all the knowledge about how to conduct yourself as a care worker.

Some sections of the training was rushed over particularly the Equipment sections could do with a bit more background explaining

Found the course abit too long if your refreshing & done them several times before.

The course content was great and transferable to our everyday work.
