Good training. Online training is difficult to stay alert and motivated but the trainer helped as he was engaging.

The trainer made the course sessions interesting and interactive where we were given opportunities to share our ideas and opinions, however the room appeared a bit small.

I am unclear as to the exact objectives of the course. It provided excellent theory in the topic, but nothing practical. I assume there is another course/further training that teaches the specific techniques for assisting residents to stand/walk/sit etc and use equipment etc.. If not then I could not, should not and would not be able carry out my job at all following the course.
