The trainer is very good. Making it more of interactive sessions carrying us along and I felt much involved bearing in mind that I will be asked questions. The sessions were very lively. I enjoyed the whole sessions and wish to have more in the future.

I felt the content on basic care and the main part of the role was a little basic. As someone who has never been in a care environment a little more information may be handy.
