It was quite practical

Refreshed my knowledge in M/H technique

VENUE WAS NOT CLEAN. TOILETS WERE FILTHY. DRINKING GLASSES AND WATER JUGS DIRTY. ROOM WAS COLD ON DAY 1 BUT BETTER ON DAY 2. WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A HOT CUP OF TEA/COFFEE AS THERE WAS NO FACILITY TO BUY FOOD FROM THE HOTEL.

Like I said earlier, the trainer was able to keep everyone in the loop. Also the videos made it alot easier to understand the training.

Course is very helpful. Tutor very good in interacting and excellent in presentation

In Summary, the venue was a drawback in the training, although the trainer was excellent in her delivery, the venue could want to jeopardise her good work. Thumbs up to Mary-Ann!!!!! really appreciate your training. It was engaging and awesome. Many Thanks
