Well led refresher which has helped to consolidate my learning

Sarah was excellent, explained everything thoroughly in a way that I understood.

It was very good and pitched at the right level.

I am unclear as to the exact objectives of the course. It provided excellent theory in the topic, but nothing practical. I assume there is another course/further training that teaches the specific techniques for assisting residents to stand/walk/sit etc and use equipment etc.. If not then I could not, should not and would not be able carry out my job at all following the course.

Prefer face to face as I learn better that way,

Don’t feel moving and handling should be via zoom it’s a practical learning course
