Everyone should be encouraged to go on a First Aid training so you can put that into practice

Really enjoyed learning in a class and being able to practice using slide sheets in different ways. Thought everyone engaged well with the trainer.

Enjoyable 2 days helped by the fact that Chris engaged the class with enthusiasm and a raft of good examples from a long career in the NHS

The information about back pain was very helpful.

I really welcomed the refresher on moving loads both law and good practice, and found the pace just right for my needs. Trainer was very good at checking delegates' understanding regularly and giving opportunities for two way discussion.

They could have done it in two parts cos it way too long but all in all I've learned a lot from this topics
