The presentation kept freezing, and people kept getting ''kicked out'' of the session. The material was not relevant for a immunization update - it did not contain any new information, but went on extensively about the 7 rights of medication. This course seemed to be more focused on nurses who have never given a needle before; in fact, it was more focused on the basics than my actual immunization course.

I do not like these sort of training days but I have to say of all the training I've been on over the years this was the best
