Without being prompted, I will always recommend this Course to any lawyer interested in the law and practice of Private Equity

Everything was great. It was easy to hear and understand what the trainer was talking, and textbook was easy to read, but contains details. If possible, a little break is helpful during the course in order not to lose my concentration. I needed a more time and explanations to understand well about the model study for the battery project on the last day.
