Generally, the course was done in a congenial atmosphere and at a very comfortable and easily accessible venue. The facilitator is experienced and is generally able to relate to the participants’ unique work environments. Overall the course was good. It will be great to have courses that suit timezones for other markets. perhaps conduct a separate training for various markets that have similar timezones.

Generally speaking: I liked the general approach a lot, i.e. very much based on conceptual thinking - how to approach it, what to look for etc. (instead of focussing on technical nitty-gritty)Response : Dear Martin, thank you for your detailed comment.
