The confirmation for the course was very late, needed to end several emails to chase. The venue was very poor, basement room no window, very dirty bathrooms, catering very bad

Lunch options were limited and no drink offered, only water. No special price offered at hotel where thevcourse was held

- material doesn't match the region and can't be implemented. - load of theories which is not easy to absorb. - need more life cases along with regional and Islamic aspects in order for us to use the full contents of the course. - trainer was not connecting with us he is just reading and his tone is fixed.
