Overall, a well ran course that has enabled potential benefits in my job. Excellent service and help rendered by all employees.
There is just one suggestion...As the group was of different nationality, with non-english nationality, some phrases used may not have been understood by all participants.
The training was well planned out and surprisingly could be applied globally and specifically.
