I think the session is very useful as a base for Client Service. It helps in setting out what the expectations of a Client Service personnel are, and provide us with tools in better managing our clients.

overall content is rather useful and applicable to client service facing role person. Trainer did a great job to make virtual class meeting a big success. It is definitely an interactive and engaged training just like classroom training. suggestion is to cut short session on internal stakeholder map and to have longer session on role play would give more exposures / practical when dealing with client on bad news

I am so glad to attend this training , meet Rob and GLCM freinds in other countries and areas under such special situation. It is nice to talk and share with everyone , and very interesting to talk with other members in breakout room, with different members each time, sharing the opinion . we've learned how to communicate with clients, how to draft emails, how to creating alignment with internal stakeholders which is very useful to our CS work. I will be more confident to do the right service and add value service by using the skills I learned.

the Trainer delivered the course professionally and was open to responding to questions at a pace that I was comfortable with and to current industry examples. The Course materials were well organized with a good case study.
