Was a good course. Learning glossary, definitions and more so how to strategically read a loan agreement was key learning. From mechanical part, control to boiler plate. Also interesting discussions on future of Libor, withholding tax, representations, paripassu and events of default.

Sue was great at introducing the clauses giving a good background. Examples from daily life and the exercises were quite useful. I got both a good framework to go through the document and understanding of the details to watch out for. The training equipped me with useful tools to analyze and negotiate the agreement. The first two/three hours would be quicker so that more details for the last part of more examples would have been covered.
