An excellent introduction to negotiation skills!
Excellent course. Henry brought tremendous energy and kept everyone engaged throughout.
The role play negotiations were the most beneficial part of the course.
The course is very important and useful however i believe having it in person instead of online would inhance our focusing more and angage more with the instructor.
