I think the course was a good fit for us, it was useful and learned some good tips, which we can practice at our next opportunity. I like that the course was not theoretically heavy for an online session.

to a large extent i have ben able to gather very critical techniques that will help in creating value in my conversation with clients and to upsell i wish we could have more GLCM relevant examples rather than focussing on topics related to relationship managers ie credit facilities

a good session, with a very practical approach. The material, was well prepared & tailor made for GLCMers. The case studies was spot on based on actual scenarios we daily face.
