Find it very interesting training, though we have it thru zoom, good material, good techniques approach and good coach with very clear tips and tricks and steps to steps to follow thru to gain tremendous result for the account manager, bank and clients expectation on top. Very Recommended.

Thierry was very clear in the delivery of his training. He did not just go through the material and gave exciting examples that made us go research further. He answered all questions even those left in the comments section.

The course is quite complete. I think it is more valuable in presence but given the circumstances it worked well. Henry did a great job to keep us all engaged and enjoying!
