the course need more time and not recommend to have it virtual, need more days to have case study

It was good Training with add value on facing the clients

Great. But with some technology issue. e.g. sub-group cannot view the screen by lecturer

Wished to have more focus on ECL and Stage 3 provision part. SPPI part seems too long. Breakout session seems not effective. Overall, good and efficient.

Serge is very knowledgeable on the course topics and the way of his teaching is very effective. I think he has done very well considering the limitations of the online teaching. He could communicate with everyone, and was able to answer all the questions.
