Nigel, Is a composed, knowledgeable well equipped teacher-banker. He has managed to keep tabs with the current changes in banking despite not practicing for long. Nigel is an honest teacher affirming and correcting when need be. Despite the time and geographic distance, His presence was always there. He was quite understanding keeping in mind some of us were at the desk top with no talking aid. The course was timely to my career and personal growth. I now know how to handle corporates better.

The Case studies and breakout rooms were very good. The trainer was excellent, patient and consistent. I learned a great deal and the material was very relevant to my work at the Bank
