Great comprehensive first aid course. Our trainer, Stephen, was very knowledgeable and explained things in a very simplified, easy to understand manner. He was very engaging and made the course very interesting.

A lot of information to process, it’s a long day. Stephen managed to keep it interesting and that makes such a difference. Overall I would recommend.

Nice mixture of practical and theory

Stephen was very impressive with his expertise, knowledge and style of delivering the training in an easy to follow way, especially for the practical tasks (CPR; use of de-fibs; epi-pens; bandages). Today, I have leant so many new things to add to my role as emergency first aider in my workplace and this has increased my confidence when dealing with incidents, which can vary from moderate (cut fingers) to serious (visitors collapsing).
