Stephen was nice, he talked quickly which I liked. However, I prefer more practical work within first aid training, there was a LOT of talking to listen to.

Everything was very well explained throughout, The fact we were able to get practical experience of doing CPR and shown how a defibrillator works was extremely helpful and good visuals helped explain things as well

Not enough practice time for non clinical staff

Response : Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. Due to the group size and time requested by the surgery, there simply is not the potential for a more hand on experience. We would recommend you speak with your employer about this for any future training.
