Very informative course and tailored to our school’s needs. Lots of practical advice
Really good and well designed to suit our needs - well adapted to suit a small group and plenty of time to practice skills and information.
Response: Hi Hana, thank you for your feedback. We notice you put a 2 for the Course, may we ask why this is? If there is anything we can do to improve we would love to hear.
The course was well presented by Andy. He addressed the needs of everyone in the room in good fashion. The scenarios/role plays were particularly valuable and I would have welcomed more, even at the expense of some indoor learning time.
It was a very informative course, very clear, easy to ask questions, and a good mix of PowerPoint and practical. A good relaxing atmosphere.
Excellent course with a very well experienced instructor. Would recommend this highly.
