Very informative and some changes that I have now been made aware of.

The training was really informative and much better than any first aid training I have had in a while. Pamela was a great trainer and the smaller group made it very interactive and could be tailored to scenarios you might come across.

Very good course. With 12 people I did have trouble to hear some of the things.

Brilliantly engaging and down to earth. No question too silly and nothing went unanswered. You could tell Andy was passionate about his job and colleagues commented on how good his presentation skills were.

Comprehensive and friendly, happy to cover additional requests and good emphasis on most important topics. Gave us enough time to be comfortable with our understanding.
