Made very enjoyable while getting lots of information
A brilliant trainer Brenden. We cant thank him enough. The course was brilliant and highly recommend. Very hands on, everyone was involved. Will be booking again.
Brendan was an excellent trainer, very engaging and made the whole outcome a very pleasurable one.
Absolutely fantastic. I came away feeling confident and more prepared if an incident occurs. Stephen was an excellent trainer- he really knew what he was talking about, had no difficulty answering questions and made it feel easy and straightforward rather than daunting and scary.
Delivered really well! Super engaging and the practical activities really helped.
Pamela was friendly and insightful in giving out course today.
Very good and engaging. The instructor covered a lot of theory and had a lot of practical too. Thank you
The trainer was very nice and gave us a lot of information, I would just say we didn’t go into the information in loads of detail, it was quite fast paced. But overall good and I’ve come out with more knowledge than I went in with.
Stephen was very friendly, polite, approachable, clear in delivery and knowledgable and made the course enjoyable. Thank you.
