I needed the course as a refresher - very well delivered, a good mix of information and practical.
Excellent course delivered at a good pace so that the knowledge being taught could be absorbed. Stephen demonstrated everything very careful and ensured we could all demonstrate the procedures before going on to the next. Will recommend to others seeking a First Aid course

Excellent course. Enjoyable scenarios Just to note that only two loos (one for gents one for ladies). As majority of delegates were female there was a longer queue!
