Tara was a fantastic trainer as she made the day interesting and relaxed. She was very encouraging and although it was a lot of information to take in I felt engaged throughout because of the way she gave the information.

I learnt a lot about pediatric first aid. each point was thoughtfully delivered which made it easier to remember. Clear explanations and revisiting key points throughout the day. Good pace of delivery and great practical activity which assists you revising how to physically act when treating/helping a child. Very enjoyable and informative.
