Stephen was excellent and very knowledgeable. This first aid course was the best I’ve been on with not as many practicals or being made to feel uncomfortable. Thank you Stephen. The room was very hot though

Cold, dirty, no loo rolls. An outside forest Sch would have been better and probably warmer. Great instructions so sad about venue.Response : Thank you for providing this valuable feedback. I have spoken with the venue supplier to draw their urgent attention to this matter so that they ensure the venue is clean and warm moving forward. I apologise for any disappointment this may have caused but pleased you enjoyed the course.
