Incredible delivery by Joel, he has a very natural way of teaching a course. The course was structured very well, giving us the fundamental basics first and building that up. I liked that I coud make bullet point notes, which are readable because Joel gave the steps, step by step. Every attendee was encouraged to talk, so we were all inclusive. This goes a long way on a course, as not everyone is confident on screen. Joel explained it is a sensitive subject and if anyone needs 5 minutes out that they can, this was really important for a course which can be close to peoples heart. I have always been a good listener and many people come to me to talk. I am more confident though if it comes to suicidal thoughts/ideation/intent.

Christine is a wonderful tutor. She is compassionate and caring and delivers with sensitivity. She gets to know her audience and delivers in depth and makes sure her candidates have understood each section as we go through the course content. She takes on board your opinions but can often put a different spin on things, getting you to see things from a different point of view which i found to be very beneficial. Thank you for the amazing learning experience.
