I feel very positive about this training. It is very comprehensive in its content. My only points for improvement would be that it felt a little slow and repetitive at times. But this was not a major drawback at all, I think the course is absolutely worth my time.

The coping plan is something I'll definitely implement in our service as i feel it's friendlier than ours
