A brilliant in depth course for everyone. Understanding language around suicide was very insightful. I will consider the accredited unit of learning course

Thank you so much, I have been on a range of courses that offer skills around conversations of suicide but this is by far the most informative as it looks at all aspects of suicidal thoughts and plans and not just the suicidal moment itself. Have found it so helpful!

Steve was brilliant, and the content of the course introduced new suggestions and frameworks for talking about suicide, despite having done several suicide awareness/prevention training previously!

I "enjoyed" this course, if that is the correct term to use. It is a subject that no one really wants to address, but I will be able to do so with a little more confidence - thank you.

I wasn't sure what to expect starting this awareness course. I have some personal experience of suicide of moderately close family and my husband does voluntary work as a listener. I was comfortable talking about suicide from my own perspective but this course has helped me feel more confident talking to other people e.g. who I might recognise concerns or changes in and give me some guidance on what I would actually say and do if someone I talked about suicide to was on the continuum.
