in future ask the operational officers to wear ear pieces on their radios as I found it a bit distracting

I thought the course was well structured and delivered at the right pace. It ensured that the attendees were developed in a number of areas, including the signs of suicide and some of the language to use to encourage engagement and de-escalation. I would highly recommend this to colleagues.
