Very worthwhile use of time.

An excellent course. It's 3 hours that can help to save lives. Everyone should have the opportunity to attend this training.

This is a well structured, and although there is a lot of content it was well delivered and paced throughout. It instills a lot of confidence in a persons ability to respond to SFA and just how important understanding a practical yet effective intervention can be.

Sarah was so in tune with her course and delivering on the topic, she clearly has good knowledge of mental health and how to deal with it. As a tutor she was open and comapssionate to everyones feelings and needs. Amazing work Sarah x
