audio was interrupted through most of it so hard to hear what was being said and fully get involved. The bits I did hear were good and helpful

This has certainly helped my understanding of suicidal behaviour.

I have achieved the knowledge of techniques on what to do when in a suicide situation. Understanding we are not heroes and the aim is to make them safe and get them to professional help.

This course would be valuable for every front line facing member of staff and managers for their staff and for anyone in their personal life
