A really useful course - I feel I have learnt important new ways to managing suicide first aid.

The course was very well structured

This course has given me the knowledge and confidence to have the conversation around suicide.

Suzanne was a brilliant tutor in what can be a difficult subject. I hope to have the confidence to support someone if they need suicide first aid. I feel I understand how things can relate to each other, especially the ripple effect and the continuum. The 3 step conversation will help me to ask the question and remember the safety checks. I have also learnt from the other participants.

I found this session really helpful in finding strategies to help learners to understand how self-harm and suicide are interlinked. It was great to have the opportunity to talk to other Associate Tutors too!
