Training was great balance of discussion and practice, workbook was great to have alongside & trainer was well prepared and able to show interest in our work too Thank you !

Excellent course makes me want to learn more, one thing i would say is that there should be a break to help with concentration as we are all adults and after one hour we tend to drift off with our thoughts so to keep it good i would suggest a break
