An enjoyable, excellent learning experience.

With such a difficult subject to deliver, this was interesting, helpful & gives me confidence in how i will deliver this going forward

Amazing course that everyone should learn. Like I mentioned on previous feedback, this course should be offered to everyone like physical first aid.

Really valuable session. I would recommend to anyone, even if you think you may not need it as particularly with this subject you wouldn't know until faced with the situation and in my opinion it's better to be forearmed.

Again really informative and this 3rd day helped to consolidate everything that we have learnt so far.

Great over all. It feels very rushed at times, but I do feel there is enough for me take away and develop to enable me to deliver. They both interjected with comments relevant and useful during discussion and during feedback.

Content will be really useful for frontline employees on the railway
