I'm really glad I attended the course. The content was deconstructed in such a digestible way so I feel like I understand suicide so much more, and understand how to be the space for somebody who needs it. It was also so integral to me to have Rachel there to check in with me throughout which really supported my triggers!

A well delivered programme by Emma that has given me the confidence and knowledge to spot suicide behaviours in others.

After the course I feel more confident in raising the question Are you thinking of suicide? The notion of using the pause was a game changer and is a really useful life skill as well.
