Sofia was very clear and provided us with statistics and also got us involved by doing break out rooms and working with other members which was comforting. The course content was great. I had some difficult in printing the workbook and had to adjust the settings - I would liked to have been able to print out each page one A4 page in portrait style, which would have given extra space for adding notes but it wasn't a major issue.
