Thought the course was a great learning experience to help me better in work and life to be confident in trying to help ease the pain of someone in a crisis I was aprehensive at the start as I thought it was going to be a bit dark and heavy , but was glad to come back for the second half and feel that i am more aware now of how the react and respond to a situation that may seem scary

overall experience from the course. I have enjoyed the 2 day course and the learning materials. I feel like the contents have helped me and feel much more confident about identifying and speaking with someone who may be in a position where they are experiencing suicidal thoughts. i have gained more information about working in partnership with others to get resources and support for anyone who may be in that position. the training from laura was overall very well done and i would recommend this training to other colleagues
