a very good and informative course

I was a bit apprehensive about attending the course as I didn't know what to expect and suicide seems to be something I would previously have found difficult to talk about. But Alison dispelled a lot of myths and detailed the role of suicide first aiders so I now feel a lot more confident about approaching anyone who may be thinking about suicide.

Very Good. Well organised and delivered. Recognised the sensitivity of the subject and settled and accommodated participants really well, recognising that the subject may affect each participant differently.
