A very informative course

Very informative course feel more equipped to deal with situations involving suicidal thoughts, behaviours, language used signposting and my own self care. Giving confidence to feel you have helped a person to the best of your ability and then allowing yourself to move on.

Enjoyable... well, as much as suicide awareness can be. I feel more empowered to tackle the issue head on, rather than talking around the issue.
