This was a really beneficial course and I will take away the things I have learnt in both my work and personal life. I think that more people should have this training as I truly believe that it can save lives.

Spending my weekend learning about suicide prevention has been invaluable. It’s a truly inspiring course delivered by exceptional and passionate tutor. Encouraging everyone to talk to each other and being open to tough conversations about mental health and suicidal thoughts is vital but listening, I mean really listening to someone is an art that needs to be taught to. This course does it all.

Great ideas and mindfulness

Very useful course. it should be a mandatory in every work place. It would help people not only to learn how to notice and listen, but also make them realize that they should speak openly because there is someone that wants to help them.
