The course was very informative and helpful, The tutor was very engaging and the training was delivered very well.
Katy was amazing today, she was really sensitive with the subject we were discussing but also made sure it was lighthearted at some parts which kept everyone at ease. She delivered it all beautifully so it was understood.

I am very pleased that i have signed up for this training. Very useful. It was quite deep, emotional and i reflected a lot on the subject, on my skills and how i should approach difficult conversations.
