well worth doing this course.Its good to refresh your mind once in a while and feel confident you can deal with mental health calls

A good insight and thought provoking session which has really help to give insight into suicide and giving confidence and practice on how to best support and look out for someone who may be feeling suicidal or may need support. Also very good structure & guidelines on making a plan of how to help that person with different sources and supports systems.

Really enjoyed this course found it very interesting and informative. Given me confidence to help with callers who may be feeling suicidal. Also educated me about looking for signs in general day to day life.

I think suicide is an illness that should be spoken about openly and directly.
