Found the course really helpful around a topic that is often taboo and difficult for people to talk about

A really insightful course on a difficult topic. The course demystified the conversation about suicide and gave me as a participant practical guidance as to how I should and could approach this conversation in future with someone if I believe there are potential signs that someone is thinking about suicide. It was also helpful to understand the language to use and not to use, and to focus on providing immediate support rather than feeling pressure to find long-term support/ solutions.

Although I only gave 3 stars regarding my confidence in speaking to someone who maybe experiencing suicidal thoughts, this comes form a starting base of zero, and the course material is proving to be a good reference point and check in now that I have completed the course.
