the course is excellent - i can't wait to start my personal preparation for course delivery

I really enjoyed this short course and wish it could've been for longer as the trainers were great as was the group. They made you feel at ease which helped me to feel more confident in being interactive.

As above, I found the structure of the day good once I'd had the time to prep my session(s) and see the differences. Really enjoyed the session and Alison gave a really good answer when I challenged about ideal world vs real world.

Tutor presented the course in a very respectable way, explaining content thoroughly and how this might impact on our own thoughts and feelings. There were a good amount of breaks and the tutor was checking in with everyone regularly to make sure we were all managing the content. The content was detailed enough to inform but not too explicit.
