Training course has been useful and definitely extended my knowledge when it comes to suicide and mental health calls, I now understand different ways suicidal thoughts may be presented and also different things that can cause these thoughts

it was a very effective course which made me reflect on previous experiences and calls i have taken and made me realise how i would adapt to this in the future. It has made me think about the language i use not just on mental health calls but every call.
