Very useful and valuable and everyone should know this information.

This was my first experience of a course carried out via Teams and it worked very well. This could be the future! I will be using some of the content when I come to appraise my staff in the next couple of weeks.

Such a difficult subject to cover but found the advice very useful.

George was a great teacher, very clear and engaging - the time passed very quickly, which I always think is a good measure of how good a teacher is! :)

This training was excellent and the best remote learning I have experienced. The video was very good and relevant. Also very organised with joining instructions and materials. Good start time so able to be ready without rushing to connect . I now feel confident to look for signs ask the question and deal with this situation. Thank you
