Really enjoyed it!

Katey and Dell were so passionate and relatable. It didn’t seem like training, it seemed like an honest conversation. It was such a refreshing learning format!

The only thing I would say is that we should have got the email at least a week before. Although we were aware of this course, no confirmation was sent until less than 24 hours of this course.

Overall very useful and important

very good class. learnt a lot about how you would go about the subject if having to deal with it in own situation.

Excellent course, 100% worth while going through this when trying to support colleagues, customers & in my own personal life.

Thought the course was a great learning experience to help me better in work and life to be confident in trying to help ease the pain of someone in a crisis I was aprehensive at the start as I thought it was going to be a bit dark and heavy , but was glad to come back for the second half and feel that i am more aware now of how the react and respond to a situation that may seem scary

The course was amazing and Laura really is exceptional at delivering this so i can understand why she does it :D

excellent course, It is clear Laura has a fountain of knowledge and experience. She was very welcoming in addressing a 'hard' subject and made the experience comfortable.
